All of our items are created with 925 solid sterling silver. Our gold products are crafted with a finish of 18K gold over our solid 925 solid sterling silver base. We don’t use any nickel in our silver so our jewelry is safe on most sensitive skin.

We all know the 925 sterling and all other silver types tarnish in time. But the question is; How we can avoid or slow it down? For the answer, you can read the guide below!

• Shower: It's not a great idea. But it isn't going to do any lasting damage. Just make sure to dry it after.

• Swimming Pool: Chlorine is a pretty harsh chemical, so if you accidentally forget to remove your silver jewelry before hopping in, make sure to rinse and clean it afterward.

• Hot Tub: The same idea as the swimming pool, but there's even more chlorine in the hot tub and the heat can accelerate the chemical reaction.

• Hot Springs: The sulfur in natural hot springs will wreak havoc on your silver. Unless you're going for that "dark oxidized" look, avoid it at all costs.

• Bonus Tip: Chemicals in lotions and perfumes can also cause your jewelry to tarnish.

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery for unworn, non-personalized pieces in their original condition and packaging. Our standard designs remain eligible even though they are handcrafted to order. Choosing an available size, finish, or chain option does not make your piece personalized.

Please contact us before returning your item. Return shipping for change-of-mind or customer-selected sizing returns is the customer’s responsibility. Any additional exchange shipping costs will be confirmed in advance.

Pieces featuring custom engraving or a bespoke design are excluded from change-of-mind returns and exchanges. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as you notice the issue. We will arrange an appropriate solution and cover the necessary shipping costs where the issue is our responsibility.
