Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns requested after 14 days of delivery may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry
  • Items made to order
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

Because personalized pieces are created specifically for you, they cannot be resold.

However, if your personalized item arrives defective or incorrect, we will resolve the issue immediately.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are:

  • defective
  • damaged during shipping
  • incorrect compared to the order

If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours
  2. Include clear photos of the item and packaging
  3. Provide your order number

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the item arrived damaged
  • the wrong item was sent
  • the product has a verified defect

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

If your return does not meet eligibility requirements, the item may be sent back to you.
