How Stripe Works on CharmoraJewelry

  1. Add your favorite pieces to your cart
    Choose your jewelry and proceed to checkout as usual.

  3. Enter your details securely

When Your Card Is Charged

  • Your card or selected method is typically charged at the time your order is placed and confirmed.

     

  • If there is a problem (for example, your card is declined), Stripe will not complete the transaction and you will be informed on the checkout page so you can try another method.

     

In some cases your bank may place an authorization hold on your funds before the final charge is captured. This is controlled by your bank or payment provider.

Refunds and Returns

If you return an item in line with our Returns & Exchanges Policy, we will process the refund through Stripe to the same original payment method, unless otherwise required by law or technically not possible.

  • Once we approve and issue your refund, Stripe sends it back to your bank or payment provider.

     

  • The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

     

If you only return part of your order, we will refund the amount corresponding to the returned item(s), including any applicable taxes and fees on those items, in line with our policy.

Fees, Taxes, and Currency Conversion

CharmoraJewelry does not charge extra processing fees for paying with Stripe beyond what you see at checkout (product price, shipping, and taxes where applicable).

However, depending on your bank and country:
